Thank Allah S.W.T, I am thankful to the Almighty with His blessings we have been given the opportunity last year to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to us successfully.

With a full sense of gratitude I also want to wish everyone a Happy New Year's Day 2020 and Happy New Year 1442 Hijrah. Hopefully this year, we are all blessed with prosperity and good health as well as simplified in all matters. God willing, in good faith and clean hearts, hopefully we all get inspiration and guidance better than God in our efforts to continue the good work as God's vicegerent on earth are mortal.

Looking back to work and the role that completed during the year 2020, I believe many of us add experience and maturity, as well as providing useful lessons for us. Make a good benchmark and instead, make a border for us not to repeat again. The good is commendable, the dijelek improved.

MPHTJ also showed maturity by so fast as to be able to compete with the Local Authority (LA) in the country, not only in terms of finance, but also won numerous awards in high performance. Among the MS ISO 9001:2008 Award, Sustainable City Award, Green City Award, ICT Award and several other awards.

MPHTJ also expected to be awarded fiver (5) star in Star Rating by Urban Wellbeing Ministry of Housing and Local Government in 2019. I hope MPHTJ will continue to achieve excellence in all aspects as planned and be an excellent local authority whether in Melaka, as well as in Malaysia.
